Time management may be defined as the art and science of making the optimum utilization of time. It helps an individual in achieving the tasks in the shortest possible time in a correct manner.   • It is Finite in the sense that it is not expandable or stretchable. One hour would always have 60 minutes or 3600 seconds.
  • It is limited as we all have fixed time to complete tasks, and
  • It is irreversible because once elapsed; time cannot be regained or recovered.
